Refund Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Policy explains the cancellation and refund criteria for the Suprism Pro subscription (USD $1/month, billed via PayPal).

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your own PayPal account → Settings → Automatic Payments management.
• Even after cancellation, Pro benefits remain in effect until the end of the already-paid billing period, and you will not be charged starting from the next billing cycle.
• Even after cancellation or expiration, your data will be retained and synced for 30 days from the expiration date, after which data exceeding the Free plan limits (3 decks, 100 cards) may be deleted. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.

2. Refund Criteria

Due to the nature of digital services, fees for a billing cycle that has already begun are, in principle, non-refundable. However, refunds will be provided in the following cases.

• Within 7 days of the first payment, if you have not used any Pro-exclusive features (creating decks or cards beyond the Free plan limits) — full refund
• If duplicate or erroneous charges are confirmed — full refund of the amount in question
• If a service outage prevents use of Pro features for a substantial period (48 consecutive hours or more) — a pro-rated refund for that period or an extension of the subscription period
• If the Service is discontinued — a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period
• Any other case where applicable law requires a refund

3. Refund Procedure

1. Please send your registered email address and PayPal transaction details (transaction ID or receipt) to himacorlife@gmail.com.
2. We will respond with the review results within 7 business days of receiving your request.
3. If the refund is approved, it will be issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Depending on PayPal's processing time, it may take a few additional days for the funds to actually arrive.
